Vice President of Vendor Relations

As vice president of vendor relations, Burns oversees the management of the NDC contract services, program development, and supplier relations.

Burns has over 28 years experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining NDC in 2006, Phillips was founder and president of BOSS Instruments, Inc., a Tennessee-based manufacturer of surgical instruments. His professional experience also includes positions with S.S. White, Patterson Dental and Specialty Surgical Instrumentation, Inc.

Burns holds a bachelor's and master's degree from Middle Tennessee State University, and his doctor of jurisprudence from the Nashville School of Law.
