Susan has over 30 years experience in the healthcare industry. She worked for a former ABCO dealer for over 20 years in a variety of positions. Susan came to NDC in 2000 and has helped grow a very progressive customer service staff. Her department assists member distributors from medical and dental with all aspects of customer service.

Susan attended East Carolina University.
