Mark Seitz
President & CEO

Mark joined NDC in September of 2005 and succeeded long time CEO Jim Stover upon his retirement. Prior to joining NDC, Seitz was a partner in the regional law firm Miller & Martin PLLC. Mark’s law practice focused on general corporate and health care related matters and he served as NDC’s general counsel from 1993 through September 2005.

Mark is a 1985 graduate of Tulane University School of Law, former Assistant Attorney General for the State of Tennessee and a member of both the Tennessee and Delaware bar.
