Joe has 20 years experience in operations with companies such as GE, MagneTek and Electrolux managing customer service, logistics and distribution operations. He is currently managing a dynamic group of customer service representatives, coordinating logistics and warehouse operations to insure customer orders are managed to meet member’s expectation and synchronizes fulfillment/delivery of products to make doing business with NDC easy, consistent and profitable.
