Jack Stephens

President & CEO
Since 2022

Jack joined NDC as the new President & CEO in July 2022. Jack comes to NDC with an extensive understanding of the industry and over 15 years of experience in healthcare product and medical equipment distribution operations at McKesson. Most recently, Jack served as President of Global Procurement & Sourcing and NorthStar Rx for McKesson. Previously, Jack served in several leadership roles within McKesson, including Senior Vice President of Product Strategy & Supplier Partnerships, Vice President of US Generic Pharmaceuticals, and other strategic process improvement roles.

Mark Seitz

Chairman
Since 2005

A former Assistant Attorney General for the state of Tennessee, Mark served as President & CEO of NDC from 2005 – July 2022, when he transitioned to Chairman. Prior joining NDC, Mark spent more than 20 years practicing healthcare law and served as a partner in a large regional law firm. Mark is a member of the Health Industry Distributors Association (HIDA) Board of Directors, and a former member of the Board of Directors of the Nashville Healthcare Council. As the 2016 John F. Sasen Leadership Award Recipient, HIDA recognized Seitz for his superior performance, contribution and leadership within the healthcare distribution industry. Mark received his Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University Law School in 1985.

Larry Tate

Chief Financial Officer
Since 2023

Larry joined NDC as Chief Financial Officer in January 2023 after previously serving in the same capacity for portfolio companies backed by H.I.G. Capital and Carlyle. Larry is a hands-on financial and strategic leader with over 28 years of senior management, private equity and consulting experience at firms such as Alvarez & Marsal and PwC. Over the course of his career, Larry has worked with companies varying greatly in size, complexity, financial strength, geographic coverage, etc, however his role has always concentrated on strategy, finance, process improvement and enterprise transformation in the Industrial and Infrastructure sectors, including healthcare product distribution. Larry holds a BA from The College of William & Mary, is a passionate Georgia football fan, and lives in Nashville with his wife, Hillary, and their two dogs.

Mark Kline

Chief Commercial Officer
Since 2016

Mark joined NDC in 2016 with over 17 years’ experience as a sales leader in consumer goods and medical equipment. He holds strong and versatile marketing experience throughout the US, Latin America and China, bringing an entrepreneurial spirit to sales management. Prior to his role as CCO for NDC, Mark served as the Vice President of Homecare and Long-term Care for Invacare Corporation, a worldwide leader in the manufacturing and distribution of home medical and long-term care equipment. Additionally, he held positions as the company's Vice President of National Accounts, Vice President of Sales and Marketing Service Business Group and Vice President of National Accounts and International Accounts, along with holding the position of Vice President of Sales for The Ocean Group. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for strategic sales planning and execution, new business development, account management, lead generation, sales forecasting/reporting/compensation and CRM. Mark and his wife, Jill, are the parents of two sons, Brandon and Bryan.

Lori V. Paulson

Chief Commercial Officer, Dental & Specialty Markets
Since 1997

With more than 30 years of experience in dental and specialty markets, Lori currently uses her expertise leading NDC dental and the NDC physical rehab (MOtion1), veterinary and other specialty markets. She is responsible for transitioning American Dental Cooperative into NDC in 1999, along with expanding her leadership role as part of NDC’s Customer Service team beginning in 2019. Lori began her career with Midwest Handpiece Company in the business development and marketing departments. As director of marketing at Pelton & Crane, a Division of Siemens Corporation, she was responsible for all North American marketing activities of the comprehensive dental product line. Lori holds a business degree from Lewis University with a minor in Spanish, and an MBA from the University of Denver. She also recently completed a leadership program through the University of Cincinnati.

Jon Herberger

Jon Herberger is a technology executive with over 15+ years of IT leadership experience. In March 2023 Jon was appointed as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of NDC. Jon has a proven track record of success in previous logistics and supply chain roles, including CTO of LaserShip, CIO of PLS Logistics, and CIO of Imagitas. His strategic approach and dedication to innovation have been instrumental in driving success for each organization he has served. Jon earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Science in Information Systems from George Washington University. With a unique blend of technical and practical expertise, Jon is well-equipped to lead NDC in navigating the dynamic world of technology and logistics.

David joined NDC in 2021 as Chief Supply Chain Officer. Before working at NDC, David spent over 25 years at Fortune Brands, Goodyear, and The Timken Company. Across these consumer products and industrial companies, he led and transformed global supply chains and operations. Most recently, he served as Vice President – Global Supply Chain for Fortune Brands’ Global Plumbing Group. David graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering. He also has an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Stephanie Truitt

Stephanie has 20 years of experience in HR and her passion focuses on employee engagement, talent strategy and the implementation of initiatives that build out the HR competencies, relationships and outcomes of an organization. Stephanie previously served as CHRO at Triumph Orthopedic Partners, a Nashville-based provider of orthopedics management services backed by Shore Capital Partners. Prior to Triumph, Stephanie held senior human resources positions at Promises Behavioral Health, Apricity Resources, Vi-Jon, and MedAssets. She received her Executive MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri and her BA in Public Relations/Journalism from the University of Memphis in Tennessee.

Todd Ross

Todd serves as NDC’s Chief Strategy Officer and the President of Preferred Medical. Todd is an entrepreneurial leader focused on motivation with team members, customers and vendors. He holds strong experience in overseeing operations and driving business strategy, and is highly proficient in business development, market expansion and strategic planning. Todd joined Midstate Medical in 2002 where he would later, as CEO, lead the transition of the legacy family business into the regional and national supply chain provider that is now Preferred Medical. He received a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Central Arkansas and is currently a Board Member of the Health Industry Distributors Association (HIDA). Additionally, Todd served as a member of the HIDA Long-Term Care Advisory Council from 2006-2012 and as HIDA Chairman of the Board in 2016.

Steve Martin

With more than 20 years of experience in the medical industry, Steve has held key leadership roles in private brand portfolio development and management, global sourcing, supplier management, marketing and sales. Before taking on the role of Chief Supplier Solutions Officer for NDC, Steve served as NDC’s Senior Vice President of Supplier Management along with several roles during his time at PSS World Medical, Inc., including positions as Vice President of Private Brand Product Development, Global Sourcing Operations and Vendor Relations. His experience in working for both distributors and device manufacturers within the industry provides multiple perspectives and a deeper understanding of relationship dynamics between manufacturers and distributors. Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University Center at Binghamton in New York. He also completed graduate courses in both business and management at the University of Rochester and the University of Notre Dame.

Ian Fardy

Ian Fardy joined NDC in 2016 after over 12 years with the Health Industry Distributors Association (HIDA) where he served as Executive Vice President. He currently leads the NDC marketing team and oversees strategic marketing partnerships with NDC’s manufacturers, in addition to producing NDC’s annual meetings and events. Ian holds more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing and in trade show, convention, and special event management. Ian’s background includes a wealth of trade association conference and exposition experience. He currently serves on the University of Southern Florida’s Digital Marketing Advisory Board, is a member of HIDA’s Acute Care Advisory Council and was recognized as the Mid-Atlantic Recreation & Parks Sports Alliance Coach of the Year in 2014. Ian graduated from Senator O’Connor College School in Toronto. Originally from Canada, he and his family currently live in Maryland.

Jennifer brings over 20 years experience in continuous improvement, program management and operations leadership. She has worked at multiple Nashville based companies including Bridgestone, Geodis, Healthways and most recently Asurion where she led their ubreakifix mobile repair business as well as their Canada retail footprint. Jennifer holds an MBA from the University of Tennessee, a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering from Tennessee Technological University and is a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Jennifer is passionate about diversity and launched NDC's first Employee Resource Group - Women in NDC (WIN).

Bill Smith

President, Main Street Vaccines & National Physician Care
Since 2016

Bill Smith joined Main Street Vaccines (MSV) in 2016 and currently serves as the President of both MSV and NPC. Bill is responsible for overseeing NDC’s vaccine buying group division, as well leading NDC’s Pharmaceutical program. He brings a wealth of experience and a strong understanding of the vaccine and pharma markets that provide significant benefits for members. He has over 20 years of experience in the vaccine industry and has held key positions in corporate management, account management, and marketing. In his prior role at Sanofi Pasteur, Bill excelled in training his sales force on selling, marketing, and contracting. Bill holds a bachelor’s degree attending East Stroudsburg University and Pennsylvania State University and has served as a member on the Board of Advisors for New York Medical College since 2017.
