NDC Welcomes New UDD Member Dens ‘n Dente Supply

NASHVILLE, TN, May 8, 2006 — National Distribution & Contracting, Inc. (NDC) is pleased to announce that Dens ‘n Dente Supply will join UDD. Dens ‘n Dente Inc. was started in 2003 and is growing throughout the Canadian market. They have five field sales reps and eight telemarketing/customer service representatives to support their catalog campaigns. This dealer is our first Canadian UDD member and we are excited to have them as part of United Dental Dealers. Dr. Azim Parekh is president with Mr. Moin Parekh as director of operations.
