CIDA Signs Five New Members

NASHVILLE, TN, June 19, 2006 — Following a highly successful annual meeting at CIDA EXPO
2006, CIDA has signed five new member distributors.

The newest CIDA members are Medical Supplies Depot in Mobile, AL, MountainSide Medical &
Equipment in Utica, NY, Med Chem Inc. in Fountain Inn, SC, Care Medical and Surgical Supplies in
Fair Oaks, CA, and Porter-Walker LLC in Columbia, TN.

CIDA Managing Director Paul Barney states, “It is a privilege to welcome these companies into our
family. This is evidence that the CIDA organization is a dynamic and growing group of distributors.
We will continue to focus on our middle names (independent dealers) by providing devoted local
member services teamed with the national purchasing power, logistical expertise and dependable
