CIDA Launches Large Product Catalog

NASHVILLE, TN, June 21, 2006 — CIDA has more than doubled the size of their last catalog to
include a large number of contracted product lines from National Distribution & Contracting, Inc.
(NDC) vendors. The new & expanded catalog is designed for use by all markets: medical, surgical
and extended care.

This large catalog is offered by authorized distributor members of CIDA – independent dealers
across the United States and Canada. Seventeen color-coded categories organize the products,
including a full color CIDA private label section. Also included is a resource section with product
supply guides for ten specialties.

Paul Barney, managing director for CIDA states, “I’m pleased with the favorable reception from our
distributors to this large catalog. We will also offer a smaller sub-set version in the fall geared
toward the primary care market only.”
