Adams to Join NDC as Managing Director, ABCO Dealers, Inc.

NASHVILLE, TN, June 29, 2006 — National Distribution & Contracting, Inc. (NDC) announces the
appointment of R. Scott Adams to managing director, ABCO Dealers, Inc. effective August 1, 2006.
 
Adams started his career in 1993 and entered the healthcare industry in 1996 as a territory manager
for Healthlink and sold microbiology products, soaps and disinfectant products. In 1998 Scott joined
Sempermed USA as a territory sales manager where he focused on medical and surgical glove
products for both the dental and healthcare markets. Most recently, Scott served as the director of
sales - occupational health division at Sempermed USA.

“Scott’s previous sales experience and knowledge of NDC will serve the ABCO members and our
