NDC to Host Clinical Laboratory Training Seminar at HIDA

NASHVILLE, TN, August 1, 2006 — National Distribution & Contracting, Inc. (NDC) will host a seminar
for NDC member distributors during the upcoming HIDA 2006 MedSurg Conference & Expo.
LABLink is an educational training program designed to impact business growth strategies by
strengthening clinical-lab offerings and knowledge of the independent distributor.

Brad Thompson, Director of Vendor Relations for NDC, will highlight growth opportunities, discuss
regulatory issues and present product demonstrations to sales representatives, managers and owners.
“NDC can provide the steps needed to bridge the gap between a traditional med/surg product
focus and the clinical-lab opportunity”, says Thompson. “Knowledge is not only power, it is an additional
revenue stream.”

NDC’s LABLink Training Seminar is Thursday, September 21,7:45 – 8:45am at the Navy Pier.
