Stern to Join NDC as Managing Director of StarLine Dealers Association

NASHVILLE, TN, September 5, 2006 — National Distribution & Contracting, Inc. (NDC) announces the
appointment of Colleen A. Stern to managing director of StarLine Dealers Association.
 
Stern started her sales career in 1985, entered the healthcare industry in 1988 as a sales representative for Graham-Field Health Products, Inc., and attained the position of regional sales director. In 1992 Stern joined General Medical now McKesson Medical-Surgical, where she held positions in sales management and marketing. Stern worked for Health Industry Distributors Association (HIDA) as Vice President of Member Relations and directed the sales efforts for member development, member resources and retention. Most recently, Stern held the position of Director of Corporate Accounts for HemoSense, Inc.
