Banc of America Practice Solutions Announces Agreement with NDC

Wilmington, DE, November 30, 2006 — Banc of America Practice Solutions has recently announced a new equipment lending and practice financing program with National Distribution & Contracting, Inc. (NDC). This program is designed to augment NDC’s current financial program and provides specifically for financing of larger transactions.

These lending and practice financing services are designed to complement the dealers of ABCO, CIDA and StarLine as they provide equipment services and financing to the medical practitioner.
