Dr. Oz Named Keynote Speaker at 2008 International Exhibition

NASHVILLE, TN, February 29, 2008 — Mehmet C. Oz, M.D. will address National Distribution & Contracting, Inc. (NDC) distributor members and vendors during the afternoon luncheon on Monday, April 28, 2008. Dr. Oz is Vice-Chair and Professor of Surgery at Columbia University and he directs the Cardiovascular Institute and Complementary Medicine Program at New York Presbyterian Hospital. His research interests include heart replacement surgery, minimally invasive cardiac surgery, complementary medicine and health care policy.

Dr. Oz is the Health Expert on The Oprah Winfrey Show. He is Chief Medical Consultant to Discovery Communications and has hosted several shows including “Second Opinion with Dr Oz” and “Life Line”. He has authored three NY Times Best Sellers “You: The Owner’s Manual”, “You: The Smart Patient” ,“You: On a Diet” and “You: Staying Young as well as the award winning “Healing from the Heart”.

Prior to the keynote address, NDC will recognize the VIPER participating vendors as well as the top performing vendor partners as voted on by NDC distributors. The ceremony will include Rookie, Warehouse Vendor, Vendor Direct, and Private Label awards.
