NDC Appoints Director of Business Development

NASHVILLE, TN, March 24, 2008 — National Distribution & Contracting, Inc. (NDC) announces the appointment of Randy Blackwell to Director of Business Development. In this role, Blackwell will develop business strategies, sales objectives, and promotions for penetrating healthcare supply business through contracting organizations.

Randy Blackwell has extensive experience with Group Purchasing Organizations, Integrated Delivery Networks and Managed Care clients. His most recent position was Director of Corporate Accounts with Owens & Minor, Inc.

Dave Rose, vice president of member services says, “Randy will collaborate with the sales and support teams of NDC to grow business for NDC member distributors. His demonstrated capabilities in contract negotiations and the building of long-term relationships will further enhance NDC’s value proposition.”

Blackwell holds a bachelors degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia, MO.
