NDC Opens Western Warehouse

NASHVILLE, TN, September 22, 2008 — National Distribution & Contracting,
Inc. (NDC) has opened a new distribution facility in Sparks, NV. This
state-of-the-art warehouse is 130,000 square feet and will service over 50
NDC distributors located in the western United States and Canada. The
facility stocks a full line of over 5000 skus representing 140
manufacturers.

Most members will now receive next day or two day deliveries from the Sparks
distribution facility according to Chuck Miller, vice president of vendor
relations and operations for NDC. "We have also partnered with a leading
west coast carrier providing transportation service to 95% of these
members."

Manufacturers can rely on NDC's second distribution center to satisfy the
growing needs of west coast customers cost-effectively and reliably.
