NDC Appoints Northeast Territory Manager

Nashville, TN - January 6, 2010 - National Distribution & Contracting, Inc. (NDC) announces the appointment of Scott Beight, BSN, RN as the Northeast Territory Manager. Beight will provide sales support to the NDC member distributors in the region and will report to Colleen Stern, Managing Director - East.

Scott began his career working for Hospitals and Community Care Centers in various nursing capacities - Nursing Assistant; Charge Nurse; and Assistant Director of Nursing. He also served as Administrative Supervisor of a 108 bed skilled long term care facility in Ohio. Most recently, Beight was a National Account Representative for Source Products Ltd., a specialty distributor of medical supplies and equipment to dialysis facilities, long term care facilities, hospitals and physician offices.

"It is the combination of his clinical hands-on knowledge and distribution experience that makes Scott a great fit for this position," said Dave Rose, vice president of member services for NDC. "He can draw upon his industry skills, product knowledge, and distribution sales experience to identify sales opportunities for NDC member distributors."

Scott Beight holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Youngstown State University. He resides in Poland Ohio with his wife, and two children.
