NDC Appoints Scott Craighead as Chief Operating Officer

Nashville, TN - January 15, 2010 - National Distribution & Contracting, Inc., the largest group of independent healthcare distributors in North America has announced the appointment of Mr. Scott Craighead as Chief Operating Officer. Scott Craighead has been the Chief Financial Officer of NDC for over two years during which the Company achieved unprecedented growth. Craighead previously worked at Goldleaf Financial Solutions, Inc., as its Chief Financial Officer and prior to that spent ten years in public accounting.

Mr. Mark Seitz, President and Chief Executive Officer of NDC, commented, "With his background and corporate knowledge and the manner in which he has immersed himself in our business, Scott has been a great addition to our executive team. Scott's promotion to COO will enable him to more broadly influence the strategic growth of the company."

In response to the appointment, Scott Craighead replied, "I am pleased and thankful to be given this opportunity with NDC during this phase of the Company's growth. The Company has an excellent distribution position in the healthcare arena with over 280 independently owned and operated medical and dental members. I look forward to the new challenges this role will present as well as developing closer relationships with our member and vendor partners." Scott will also retain the title of Chief Financial Officer.

A graduate of University of Tennessee majoring in accounting, Scott is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Tennessee. Scott is married with four daughters and actively helps as an assistant coach on two fastpitch girls softball teams.
