ADC and UDD Combine to Form One Entity

Nashville, TN - December 15, 2011 - National Distribution & Contracting, Inc. (NDC) has combined its dental subsidiaries, American Dental Cooperative (ADC) and United Dental Dealers (UDD), into a single division called “NDC Dental”. The combined divisions together consist of 56 independently owned and operated dental distribution companies that service dental providers throughout the United States and Canada. The companies in NDC Dental will realize competitive advantages because of the consolidation.
