NDC Vendor Partner Overview

What is an NDC Vendor Partner? Vendor partners contractually provide products and services to the NDC member distributors and are usually manufacturers of goods for sale to hospitals, physicians, nursing homes, dental offices, laboratories, veterinarians, etc.

Are there different types of Vendor Partners? National Distribution & Contracting, Inc. negotiates and maintains vendor contracts on behalf of the entire membership. There are two types of vendor contracts:
  • Vendor Direct Contracts allow member distributors to order from authorized vendor partners who ship to and bill members directly.
  • NDC Warehouse Contracts allow member distributors to order product stocked in the NDC Distribution & Logistics Center providing vendors with a single ship-to and consolidated receivable.
How does my company become an NDC Vendor Partner? NDC's Vendor Services department works closely with vendor partners to establish purchasing and logistical agreements that provide financially beneficial results for all parties.
